Salt Therapy Experience
Up to 6 participants per hour. 50-minute experience flow:
-Reset and renew in our Salt Studio as pharmaceutial-grade salt is gently dispersed into the air.
-Supports respiratory and skin health, relaxation, and nervous system recovery
-Zero gravity loungers eliminate pressure points and boost cardiovascular efficiency.
Pilates & Sound x Salt Experience
Up to 10 participants per hour. 50-minute experience flow:
-25-minute reformer Pilates session + 25-minute sound bath with salt therapy.
-Build strength, mobility and better alignment in our Pilates studio.
-Restore your nervous system with an immersive sound bath in our calming Salt Studio.
-Experience the relaxing environment of halotherapy through pharmaceutical-grade salt-infused air.
