A private, calming salt therapy experience designed for adults and children alike.
The Salt Suite supports respiratory health while helping adults and little ones slow down, breathe easier, and reset. Sessions are 25-minutes in duration.

Dry Salt Therapy, also known as Halotherapy, originated in Poland in the mid-1800s. Our salt room uses a halogenerator that grinds 99.99% pure grade salt into ultra-fine micro-particles. These tiny salt particles are then gently released into the air, filling the room and creating the perfect environment for relaxation and healing.
Tiny salt particles reach deep into your lungs, reducing inflammation and improving conditions like asthma and allergies. The salt that settles on your skin is absorbed, offering benefits for conditions like eczema and acne. Our tranquil salt room environment also helps reduce stress, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
Our 50-minute sessions are designed to give you ample time to enjoy all the benefits of Dry Salt Therapy. You can just sit back and relax in our peaceful salt room or take mat Pilates, yoga and sound bathing to the next level.
